30 days

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return anything that is not right.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their tags attached, in the condition they arrived in.

How to start a return

Email support@elenzalux.com with your order number and which items you are returning. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few working days to appear.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will put it right at our cost.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order — that is the fastest route while stock lasts.
