Where do you ship?

Spain, the European Union, and a list of international destinations including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Israel and Malaysia. Rates are calculated at checkout.

What does shipping cost?

Spain €6.99, European Union €8.99, rest of the world €12.99. Shipping is free on orders over €75, and free in Spain on orders over €55.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. If you need an estimate before ordering, email us.

Can I return something?

Yes — you have 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Start a return by emailing support@elenzalux.com.

What sizes do you carry?

Sizes vary by piece and are listed on every product page. See the size guide.

How do I know what size to order?

Most people take their usual size. Fitted styles run close — size up if you are between sizes. Full guidance is in the size guide.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All methods shown at checkout, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is encrypted end to end.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email support@elenzalux.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped we can usually change it.

Do pieces come back in stock?

Not always. We work in small runs and some pieces are not repeated. Join the list at the bottom of any page and you will hear about restocks first.
